International Council of Shopping Centers

The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Founded in 1957, it features more than 70,000 members in over 100 countries, including shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, retailers and brokers, as well as academics and public officials.

ICSC NY Dealmaking Convention is the second largest real estate convention in the United States, it is annually held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in Manhattan. Groups of schools including Rutgers Business School, NYU Stern, NYU Schack, Columbia and Baruch College attend this event. Pristine Sustainable Affordable Homes Inc. in partnership with the Feliciano School of Business were in proud attendance for the first time.
